Common Questions

How does the free trial work?
Submit the application form and select “Free Trial.” Once approved, you receive 7 days of full Lite-tier access — daily scans, Index Daily, settlement tracking, and portal access. No payment information is required. At the end of the trial, you choose whether to subscribe. One trial per person.
What is an on-demand drilldown?
Send any ticker to Fischer and receive a complete strike-by-strike breakdown using live option chains — priced at the moment you ask. Puts and calls, every expiry in the 0–14 DTE window, with full probability and theta analysis. Premium subscribers can request unlimited drilldowns during market hours.
What is a real-time refresh?
The daily scan runs at 9:45 AM ET. Markets move. Premium subscribers can re-run the full 15-ticker scan at any point during market hours and receive a fresh report with updated spot prices, option chains, and probabilities.
Can I upgrade from Lite to Premium?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Your billing is prorated for the remainder of the current period.
Is there an annual pricing option?
Annual billing is available for both plans at a 15% discount. Lite annual: $5,100/year ($425/mo effective). Premium annual: $25,500/year ($2,125/mo effective).
Do you offer institutional or RIA pricing?
Yes. Multi-seat organizational plans with per-user access controls and firm-level billing are available. Contact us through the application form to discuss your requirements.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your settlement history and scan archive remain accessible in the portal for 90 days after cancellation. After that, your account and data are permanently removed.
